Is it too late for a stats transfer, bf4 360 to one?

I have googled it , and no clear answers appear. Bought a preowned xbone on Sunday and a preowned Bf4, Need to wait till tomorrow to get gold as my debit card has been blacklisted by them, no money in the account for three months seemingly does this. Not to fussed about the premium as I only had China Rising, don't fancy getting to lvl 77 again though. Might just sell it if I have do grind that bd again
