I was marshalling for this on Saturday, nice day out and luckily in the sunshine and we noticed car 18, Volvo B18/PV544, co Driver was Fred Gallagher.
Wiki says that he was navigator for Tony Pond, Henri Toivonen, Juha Kankkunen, Björn Waldegård, Ari Vatanen, Thomas Rådström and Petter Solberg among others.
Sounds like a bit of a who's who of 80/90s rally drivers
With that pedigree I'm not sure why he only finished 15, but I guess regularities are a bit different to stage rallys!
