Don't think any are particulary good due to the complex nature and mixing of instruments contained within the MP3.

You'd be better off getting hold of a MIDI file of the tune you are interested in and using that. If your phone is polyphonic, then it will probably take MIDI files without any/much tweaking at all.

What phone do you have? If you want a sound recording on your phone, then your phone might play back an MP3 file.

If Nokia/Sharp etc, make an AMR file

If your phone doesn't support AMR or MP3 playback then you're out of luck, you'll only be able to use MIDI files for polyphonic sounds, unless you have a Samsung:

If Samsung, make a SMAF file

Either way you can use ftp download, or a cable, IR, Bluetooth etc to get it onto the phone
