Not Happy
But hey, it gives me an opportunity to use my favorite smiley. It's one of the rears so may change both while I'm at it. Have just done a search over previous posts and Micheldever seems to be coming out OK. Guess going to work today wasn't such a bad idea after all....

Can it not be repaired? I got a puncture in the middle a new rear tyre and the company who fitted them (a2 tyres, sittingbourne) did a free repair. Over time the repair apparently vulcanises to the original rubber and is as good as new. I've done 5 track days on it since and had it over 160 with no problems.

My last puncture was right in corner of wall/tread on a rear so no repair unfortunately available

The nail is in the valley of the tread in the middle of the tyre. Perfect centre. I just assumed from posts I had read earlier that it didn't matter. Nail = New Tyre

160 at bruntingthorpe (anthonny was driving - allowing me to stare at the speedo in disbelief - i was only brave enough for 150). I can manage 145 before I have to brake for the chicane at bedford now though (according to my speedo anyway!)

I can vouch for the 145 Alan, I was doing about 150 as I passed you!
