Hi,

I got the following result on car I am looking to buy, from what I can tell it simply means that a previous plate used on the car now has outstanding finance on it, but since it is no longer on this car then this vehicle is clean. Assuming that is that all the details on the V5 including chassis number match up?
This is the current plate: CV51GGU

Alert!

Interest registered against a previous plate

Plate Transfer

The current plate was transferred to this vehicle on 29/07/2009

GUY1L was applied to this vehicle on 29/08/2002
This VRM has been recorded as having an outstanding finance agreement
An outstanding finance agreement was recorded on 22/01/2013 against a CAYENNE EST DSL 245 5D TI

CV51GGU was applied to this vehicle on 26/10/2001
There are no interests recorded against CV51GGU

Sounds like you think, the Reg which was put on it has finance against it (Log book loan?) but the normal plate & car is clean?

The car is clear, the private plate is now on a cayenne which has finance. Simple.
