X-reg RED C5 with broken front driver light?

Saw this lovely X-plated red C5 on the A1(M) southbound earlier today (Monday), looked great... and then (sob!) saw it had a broken front driver's popup... the rest of the bonnet was fine, though, so I wonder what happened...

Looking at the 'vette in the rearview mirror, it really does look a class apart to the rest of the stuff on the motorway: low, wide, mean ...
