Electrical gremlins. Help required

In my 6 mth old Tus, the change up lights have come on permanently and I have lost the screen apart from a series of horizontal lines. I've had to cover the lights up to drive in the dark as it's blinding!!!

Is there a quick fix available or is it more of a dealer repair?

Any help appreciated.

Just out of interest, how can you tell when the oil is warmed up if the screen has gone except for a few dark lines?
