Bargains to be had

Been down to my local Halfords yesterday, and all the Gunson range were in the bargain bins. Apparently Halfords are discontinuing Gunson products ? Grabbed a digital CO tester for a tenner ( usually 90 quid ) and a timing light for 7 quid. Go on and grab yourself an early Xmas bargain

I shall pop along to my local Halfrauds tomorrow & see if anything is left. I like Gunson's stuff, it does what it says on the tin.

Best of luck Glen but my CO tester was the last item left at Redditch Halfords on Saturday, tried three other stores yesterday for a spare timing light...... not a thing left

Visited the Sheffield branch last night and they didn't even know they were selling off the Gunson range. Bagged myself a CO2 analyser and a top of the range Strobe light £10 each. I was told that there was one more strobe light left if anyone is interested?

Hi Mike,

You are now the proud owner of a Gunson's workshop timing light. There is no box and the instructions are missing but I hope that won't be a problem?

This was the last one of this type available that took Halfords 30mins to find in the stock room. There was a cheaper version on the shelf but I held out for the professional version. I can scan the instructions and post an electronic copy. I'm working away for the next two days but will sort out postage when I get back.

probably not, things go a bit quiet this time of year, more than likely Spring, at least, before I start meeting up with people again.
