Body Shop in the Poole/ Bournemouth area

Hello all

Can anyone recommend me body shop in the Poole or Bournemouth area (or even slightly further out in Dorset) that is happy to work on older cars.

I have just been working on my Porsche 944 S2 and have noticed a 30mm long split in the offside sill near the rear arch . ironically, I was only telling a friend the other day how lucky I had been to get a 944 with such good sills.

I think the rot is very localised so I am hoping that I may be able to get away without replacing the whole sill. I have always given them a good internal coating of Bilt Hamber Dynax every year and have no other evidence of rot so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I have a couple of other blemishes that I would get sorted at the same time before wrapping it up for the winter. I am looking for somewhere that has a sensible attitude to repairs and does good quality work.

A friend has suggested them but I don't know much about them. Do they have a good reputation.

Somebody else has also mentioned Coltech Classics, who happen to be on the same estate as Trickett Welding. Has anyone heard anything about these?

They have a very good reputation in the area. We've used them to do some work on my wife's 2009 Polo, but they do a lot of classic work too. Excellent reviews on checkatrade.
