Having had a puncture and found my space saver tyre would not inflate due to it not seating correctly for a good seal,as these cars are getting older now it might be worth checking your own so your not stranded anywhere. 10 min job and piece of mind. P.s got mine reseated at local tyre fitters £5, porsche wanted replacement item £300.

Is this a Vredestein Space Master space saver? They need to be fitted using a special machine in order to seat them without inflating them. If the tyre has been changed then this may explain it.

Yes it's the verde stein space saver, not sure what hapened before my ownership of 5 years maybe previous owner drove on it not fully inflated causing it to unseat itself !
