just been on the richmond racing website to discover the juniour gt series will be launched at autosport show. Its a series for 14-16 year olds using the g20coupe.

Check the links section of the updated factory site for richmond racing (via epsracing i think)

Yep it's true!

The car featured on the site (Richmond Racing one) should be at the Autosport show in just over a couple of weeks time...

I couldn't see a coupe on the Ginetta site, only the standard car...are they going to put doors on to it then if it now has a roof? interesting...

Minimax, take a look at the Richmond-racing site...
(see my profile)

There's an artist's impression of the car there (what's new) and there should be some photos, from 2003, Donington.. of the GT car as well.. Quite similar..

Did Martin get approval for 14-16 year olds? Last I heard the MSA were insisting that competitors were at least 15 (if not older).

Does look fantastic though - lets hope it takes off. Do you have any drivers yet Phil?

There are a couple of G20 GTs being built at the moment...

14-16 yr. olds - I don't know what the MSA have said about this, I hope to hear more at the Autosport show, most of the info. available was in Motorsport News a couple of weeks ago...

All of the cars appear to be going the correct way around the circuit - that's not how Ginettas do Thruxton

Thanks Sarah!!
Yep i will be at Rackingham, hopefully with a car that is in one piece
Also on friday Martin persuaded me to change the colour scheme of the car so i have
the style will be very similar to the junior Ginetta on my profile but where there is dark blue my car will have "Cadbury's" purple and the green stripe around the car will be dayglo orange!!!!

Its less than a month now till my first race which is in France, Croix en Ternois! Cant wait

Cheers
Michal
