360 Ride Height
Discussion
As Daz said, the tyres and tyre pressure thing on a 360 has a MASSIVE impact on handling, though I think you're after something different here. It's a related point though, since messing with the suspension may have some pretty dramatic effects on handling (in a negative sense). If it were me, I'd take it to an independent specialist, particularly those who also run race teams (eg Paul Hargreaves, Shiltech).
You may also want to try posting this question on FerrariChat, under the technical section. I know a few of the US guys mod their cars quite extensively, and I don't know anyone personally who has done that on their 360. For example, you may have to roll the wheelarches if you lower the car significantly, and getting the car over speed bumps may be a bit of a challenge given that there's hardly a heck of a lot of leeway on the stock settings.
Another thing I'd do is give the boys at Scuderia Systems a call to see if they've done this mod before.

I had the front of my 360 lowered about three or four turns from memory and the tow angles set to neutral (there seems to be a lot of tow in understeer dialled into the normal car) It certainly improved turn in and I don't think there was any detrement in terms of additional tram lining - have to say that the GT3 does feel more planted than the 360 though!

Sent the 360 to Scuderia Systems ( big thanks to Manu ad Ajay)in an attempt to nulify the understeer and give a more neutral feel to the handling. Manu hit the nail on the head describing the instant turn in as an illusion of front end grip. Whilst the car was there a Tubi and BBS "Challenge" wheels were fitted and the original tyres reused , I believe the relatively narrow section 215 `s on the front being responsable for the instant turn in.
The ride height was adjusted and the suspension geometry altered to suit the new ride height.
The results were all I`d hoped for, the steering now has more feel , albeit slightly heavier, instead of a vagueness in mid corner power on , there is now a sure footedness and grip from the chassis which was previously lacking.
Along with the Tubi and the new stance of the car it`s a must. Big recomendation.

Good to hear you are happy with it,although Manu probably wouldnt let you go until you WERE happy. Had many conversations with Manu regarding the 360, and I agree it feels like its got great turn in, but yet it is an understeering car, that can quickly switch to oversteer.
I think Ken on here had his 360's handling improved by adjusting the front to have more camber and toe out IIRC. He seemed happy with his set up.
Personally, I think Ferrari didnt do a great job on the 360 handling wise (bar the Stradale, which can really leave a stock 360 for dead even at sedate speeds on UK roads). Its not confidence inspiring at all, ask Manu about I'm sure he'll remember(!), we were both shitting ourselves a few times
The stradale didnt feel at all nervous, more like a 355.
