Sky + HD playback problems

1) reload software
Hold back up button on box while powering up from mains until all leds light up once the update has finished the led's will go out and the box will reboot.
2) re format HD ( you will loose all recordings)
You can reformat the hard drive in a sky+hd box by holding down the left and right buttons on the top of the sky box while turning the box on. Keep holding them down until the blue ring lights up. Then press the select button twice. The blue circle will start spinning backwards and the record and play led's will flash. Once the reformat has finished the led's will go out and the box will reboot.
If none of the above work then new box time
