Custom rudder fabrication

I'm afraid my wee Juno 560 took a kicking in the recent storms and as a consequence, the entire rudder assembly has sheared off the mounting points and is now resting somewhere at the bottom of Loch Lomond.
The tiller clean snapped in two as well, where it was lashed up, so god knows what sort of a battering it must have taken!
Anyway, a result, I suppose that it didn't happen whilst sailing but I'll need to get a replacement sorted.
Unfortunately the boat isn't made any more and is one of the most sparsely documented boats online I can find! I'm thinking I will probably need to get a whole new rudder assembly/tiller fabricated (The rudder blade sits in a cage and can drop/raise to make trailer recovery easy) so I will need this, plus the rudder itself, plus the tiller.
I don't even know where to begin looking for something like this so any pointers or steers towards the sort of folk that do this kind of thing would be very much appreciated!

really depends how handy you are at making things. I'm assuming you don't have the rest of the rudder? could be worth scowering the lee shore of the loch might have washed up?
Ive made a rudder for a mini toner is used to own, the hardest thing I found was getting a decent foil section template. however you may not be too worried about having a perfect low drag section. a carefully rounded leading edge and tapered trailing edge could be plenty good enough. (not sure what Juno 560 is but I'm assuming its a trailer sailor type sailing craft?)
failing that might be worth tying to pick up a second hand rudder from something similar and modifying to suit. just be weary of the condition. my rudder failed in The Needles fair way in Moderate following sea, not fun. It failed internally were the lower gudgeon fitting had leaked into the rudder over a number of years, allowing the wood to rot unseen under the fiberglass layer.
failing that speak to you local boat builder they will be able to build something or will have a contact who can.

I think recovery is a lost cause!
The unit would sink like a stone, the swing on the mooring means it could have gone down anywhere within a large circle, and the nature of the weather leads me to suspect it will be under a good half meter of silt on the bottom of the loch anyhow! Also, I believe it's very deep water so probably not a goer...cool gadget though!
With regard to fabrication, no chance! I'm not that handy! There's another boat the same at the club (it is indeed a trailer sailer) so I would probably be able to use his as a plan. I just don't happen to know anyone offhand who builds this sort of thing. But you reckon boatbuilder will do? I wondered if I should be googling 'rudder fabrication experts' or somesuch...

I have a SeaSearcher and it's been used in anger once, to retrieve my mooring stake hammer after I encountered a small but strong patch of gravity and Newton took an easy win. It's a strong b
d, you need a lever to get the keeper off. But I agree Lomond is very deep (which is why the Loch Lomond Punting Club is still in the pub as they can't find a pole long enough).
Back to the rudder, I'm sure a PHer could knock you up a decent copy - someone will have metal fabricating skills.

OK having had a look at Juno's (nice little boat by the way). You're going to want something thats correctly profiled and balanced. Not sure were abouts you are exactly, but you would be best to have a chat with club members see who's recommend locally. Pawel (hes polish I think) at rig it Scotland, he will have someone who can help I would think. Tell him Andy from 'structural dynamics' put you on to him. You could have a look and see if you can get in touch with the guy in this video on youtube who sailed a restored one may have some information or at least point you in the right direction.
