I haven’t bought a COD issue since Modern Warfare and recently, when BF4 gets too much, I’ve been playing COD World at War, remember that (2008), still good fun and there are still online players.
I thought I’d give the new COD a go; it seems to be getting decent reviews but I’ve Googled and I can’t seem to get a definitive answer as to whether I can digitally download.

I've had a quick look around but to be honest, there rarely seems to be a good discount on new CoD games.

I'm good ta. Driving instructor now. Not seen or heard from either of those two. Which is a shame. Had a good laugh.
I had a quick blast on gta a few weeks ago but otherwise spend my time on my pc since I bought a bad ass gaming one.

It's more of the same old same old.
I've been playing titanfall and cod feels so slow,it's like a slow motion version of titanfall,without the Titans.
They have obviously tried to Copy many aspects of titanfall,but they haven't done it well..the jumping ,well it does add something but you are still controlled too much,you can jump say 10 foot onto a ledge,and then you see another 10 foot jump onto a roof ..but it won't let you do it,I tstill shuttles you down corridors effectively .
God it is so slow paced compared to titanfall,there's no getting across a map in seconds in this.
There are so many ways to equip your player i found it a bit bewildering at first,everything seems to have attachments to add on.
The gun fighting is typical cod,I found it very good in that you hit someone first then you should kill them,I hate pouring bullets into peop,e to seemingly no effect ,as with many games.
I enjoyed the couple of hours I played and even enjoyed Tdm which normally I won't play.
Still have the stupid loathsome kill streaks though,which don't reward objective play heavily enough,so you end up with games where a team plays objectives and the other just plays at camping and getting kilstreaks and then the power of the kill streaks wins the games for those not playing the objective,it's just stupid and pandering to the 11 year olds.
It does nothing to move the fps on,but it's a fun blast ,I really like the weapons so far ,although many are cod normal guns,there are some fun ones in there.

I bought it from Steam in the end, £39.99.
My thoughts are it’s ok, I quite like how fluid it all feels, maybe it’s because I’m playing on a 144hz monitor but I’m frustrated at yet again hardcore games are limited to 4 types only!
The gameplay itself is enjoyable but in a way I quite like the simplicity of COD world at war. The movement is fine, the stability is very good, no crashes, I like the load out page.
It’s a good game but nothing great however there should be a few hours passed as it’s quite pleasing and enjoyable.
If you haven’t bought a COD for a while I think it’s worth the purchase and a game you’ll return to for quite a while.

I'm really enjoying it! It was weird getting used to the move mechanics but kind of have it sussed. playing as f1lter_uk please add me.
Went straight into the MP as I went day zero and had it preloaded. the combat readiness training was pretty good (is that just bots?).
Overall, IMHO its put the "fun" back into the franchise also a good dose of speed. Also players stand out against the background rather than blending in and becoming invisible as they did in ghosts.
Some of the special edition guns are a bit overpowered. I was mid table and getting an "elite" weapon had me killing all and sundry. Hardline at lvl 46 sucks
Apart from that loving the MP and have heard Campaign is worth doing.

I'm struggling to like this game. The campaign is ok so far but multiplayer I'm really struggling with. Tried both xbox pad and keyboard and mouse. Just getting creamed. Maybe I'm getting old.

Same story here Phil. Haven't touched the XBox for ages (not that I have any game time anyway). Bought a kick-a gaming PC and played Assassins Creed Black Flag to death on it (best game I've played in AGES). Hopefully a bit more time in future, so will have to hookup. As long as you don't get in anything airborne Not seen or heard from either of those two. Which is a shame. Had a good laugh.

I've been enjoying it. Was exo boosting everywhere as I had the exo shielded (I think). But now using it to get kills then run / boost away.
Hit detection is a bit meh. You'll empty on someone with that helpful X flashing hits, they'll turn, put their fag down, put the kettle on and kill you what seems like instantly.
The spawns aren't ghosts bad but they ain't great. Loving the moment mechanics and the sound guys really did a good job.
Generally i'm mid table with the odd top 2
