passanger door can only manually open

Hello,

I have a little problem with the passanger door of my tuscan. If i use the button near the radio its make the noise but the door don't open the same if i use the outdoor button the noise but i must use the manual methode.

Did you have an idee where is the problem.

If I'm reading this correctly pushing either button makes the same noise, but only the outside one opens the door when you manually pull it, if you push from inside does this also work?

If so it could be your rubber trim has aged and lost its elasticity and not pushing against the door, or the door could have dropped a little so the striker is catching.

If it is as S6Boy says, what happens if you lean on the door gently whilst pressing the button? If it opens then most likely the door seals are perished/flat/tired and/or your door has dropped. For me, the door had dropped.
