WANTED: Experienced Classic Car / Historic Race Car Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced mechanic to join their expanding team. The position is full time from Monday to Friday but will also include weekend race meetings during the racing season (March-October). Experience working with classic cars in a workshop environment as well as at race meetings is essential. Events may include Goodwood Revival, Silverstone Classic as well as historic race series both in the UK and abroad. We are looking for a competent mechanic who thinks and works in a logical manor and who has a good understanding of engineering and classic and historic vehicles. Applicants MUST have a clean drivers license. The ability to tow a trailer and drive a 7.5 ton lorry would be beneficial.

This is a position of responsibility which requires reliability, enthusiasm and self motivation. A passion for the history of motorsport is a bonus as you will be required to participate in a number of events which require period attire. The successful candidate will share our vision, help us to move the company forward and will be passionate about pursuing a career in historic vehicle restoration and motor sport.

Successful applicants will be required to attend an interview and also a day on site to work with the team and demonstrate their abilities. Must have own tools.
