Question about PCM for Porsche Cayenne 2009

Hi

I've just bought a Porsche Cayenne GTS which I'm really enjoying though it is a thirsty fella!

I have a couple of issues with the PCM and I wondered if anyone can give some advice.

Firstly I can't seem to use the navigation without the radio being on, it must be possible but it has me stumped. Any ideas anyone?

Secondly is there any point upgrading the PCM with a CD. I'm getting mixed advice as to how much it's worth it and if it will give me much benefit.

Mine does not do postcodes, only coordinates. Apparently it's only the 2010 models upwards that are upgradable to postcodes.
