5.5L Slow Cooker Recipe?

So I went up from the normal 3.5l to a 5.5l slow cooker and fancy giving it a crack on Sunday, just wondered if any one had a good beef based recipe?
I know I need to up the amounts so please post the original if possible, would welcome other meats just for reference but want to do beef first.
