Gearbox mounting

Sent some parts away to be powdercoated one being the gearbox mounting, it has just come back and it would appear to be in two parts, one of wich is a flat plate with two holes in. Am i right in thinking that this goes between the bracket and the gearbox as a sort of spacer, any help please

Typically TVR, a spacer here and a spacer there....
