Infiniti M30d s premium:
I have '12 plate above. I decided to take it for a service outside of the dealer network. I took it to quick fit who said they could do it. I took it for a full service only to get a call saying after spending 2 hours on it doing all the checks the parts could not be ordered as the the manufacturer doesn't list them. I found this strange. So I walked away with a service being done apart from the parts, ie oil, filter and air filter.

Does anybody have a similar experience and if so is there anyone else who could service them. I could buy the parts from Infiniti but I want my book stamped.

Also,at another time I will write about my car. In summary this is the best car I have ever owned and have had more complimentary remarks than any other car I've owned. Will write more next time.

Hope to hear some advice.
Regards,
Greg

Kwik Fit are a terrible company. I would have looked for an Infiniti or failing that Nissan independent specialist.

Ok thanks. Will try an independent specialist. Just that Infiniti charge through the roof just like all main dealers.

i suspect a kwik fit stamp in the book is almost worse than no stamp at all

Ive emailed a Nissan specialist so just waiting on a reply. To be honest when I've had luxury cars in the past the difference between a main dealer stamp and not doesn't seem to make any difference with a trade value as they always give you rock bottom anyway. I'm considering selling mine anyway just due to change of family circumstances. A shame as I can't find any car close to it for spec, wow factor and comfort.
