Private sale or S O R?
Discussion
Not the best time of year granted but too many toys of the 2 and 4 wheeled variety have resulted in the decision to sell my 911.
Its an 05 manual C2S in seal with aerokit, memory seats, chrono, bose, cruise and bluetooth , 66k ..
I have spoke to a local prestige company who are more than happy to take it into stock for 1 month and are very optomistic that should the car sell they would return what i want. They want however to mark up about 3k on top at which i think it would perhaps price the car out of the market.
Should i go this route or sell privately?
I can put a very good 12 month warranty on her also as the previous has just expired (w/wise).
Any advice, experiences would be of great help.

As already said, a good car at the right price will sell regardless of the time of year. I purchased my track Evo a couple of weeks before Christmas because it was exactly what I wanted and the time of year wasn't even considered.
If you decide to go down the SOR route, you may be able to arrive at a slightly lower asking price by the vendor by negotiating the minimum amount you will accept. In other words, you'll accept less if he will too.
