long term member - no longer get free ads?

I am a long term member so qualify for free ads, I tried to renew an old ad and on one screen it says I qualified for free ad etc, I carry on, press confirm and a payment screen comes up that I cannot avoid.

how do I get my free ads now? If any mods check my details out, my advert user name is different to this user name, I tried to change the classifieds name when I changed my forum name but I couln't get them to match. So I log in to classifieds with my old forum user name.
