Splitting forums - part VIII

So, it seemed that although the majority were against splitting forums up, but the powers that be decided to do it anyway, using the argument that, if you want a 'merged' forum, you just click on the top level 'forum group' link.

Seems that has been disabled now as well, and using the 'workaround' that PH suggested now just redirects to this...

Looks like it's a temporary change related to this - http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... - rather than anything permanent.
