What is the best Ferrari ever built?
Discussion
The 308 was just the design teaser to the 288.
I like the 308 but can't see how you can like the 308 and not find the 288 superior with the 328 an acceptable fumble en route to the last ever Ferrari with panache and elegance.
I do suspect that this thread will be more interesting if each model selection is followed by the poster's age as Ferraris are very era specific.

288 GTO.
Just perfect, not a bad angle to view, true automotive art, this was the end of an era for car design before shock value and angles took over.
Many years ago there was a Ferrari do at Oulton Park and a chap came over from Europe in a 288, it was filthy dirty, covered in dead flies, wheels blackened with brake dust and it just looked sublime.

I'm the other way around. I think the 308 is a lovely looking thing and the 328, 288 and F40 gradually ruined the shape more and more. The 206 is better looking than any of them though. Best looking and best are not the same thing, however.
