Can anyone identify these mushrooms?

Found these in my parents garden, and we all wondered if poisonous. Does anyone know what they are?

Looks like a parasol that didn't fully open. It's well past it's best, a fresh parasol has the consistency of chicken, very nice in an omelette

I tend to keep clear of mushrooms in leaf matter and stick to fields
