A good friend of mine is getting married in February and has a big love for classic Fords. His dream car is a series 1 RS Turbo and his fiancee has asked me to look into hiring one for the day. I have looked and can't find anyone that does it, does such a thing exist? The only other option would be to see if someone will hire one privately if we arranged the insurance on it.

He is based in South Yorkshire but we are willing to travel if necessary.

I know you can hire a Mk3 XR3 but not seen a place that does an S1

Last time I recall seeing a similar request, one of the owners clubs' forums elicited a response from a guy who chauffeured the guy asking to his wedding. Trouble is, a lot of them will be SORNED in Feb to miss the salty roads

Good work thanks. I think she wants him to drive it but that's a close second best.
