So anybody get rear ended by a white van on the M3 slip/M25?

If you were the poor sod rear ended by a white van on the M3 slip/M25 this evening, a mate of mine has dashcam footage showing the van driver failing to slow down and just driving straight into you... reply and I'll put you in touch.

I can't help but think that perhaps stopping at the time of the incident and giving details to the injured party might have been more useful.

Or just call 101 and report the time and date and junction to the police and leave your number in case the victim has called it in...

I'm not sure I'd be keen on stopping on the M3/M25 sliproad on a Sunday evening

Just park up ahead of the injured party (who will be going into the hard shoulder - and you will be fine.

I get to experience the M3/ M25 in rush hour every day - I can't see the problem with using the hard shoulder.
