Hi all. Is this connection for brake pressure warning please?
Would it be connected only to a dash light on an M series please?

Yes on both counts but whether you want to keep it is another matter.

Ah ha. That's an interesting reply thankyou.
Well I ask, because it hasn't been connected over the year or so that I've had it.
I was wondering why you would say that?

I presume with Phil is referring to the fact that brake pressure switches are known to fail and or leak so are not realy a good idea ?

Yes, l understand that the general consensus is that they leak, are difficult to set up ( probably why it's been disconnected) and not very reliable anyway.

However, I stronly suggest that you do your own homework before you alter your brake system. Google "PDWA" or Pressure Differential Warning Actuator and see what you think.
