York postcode speeders!!

It seems BRAKE are publishing this stuff to show where people are baddest - in 2013, 953 speeders in the YO8 district. Strangely, only 14 people drove carelessly over the same period.
I can`t help wondering how many got caught speeding on this stretch of B road, where the van will tuck under a tree:

like so many other bits of information there is no context. would be more more informative if it was done as a percentage. ie what percentage of cars that went past the speed camera were speeding.

Had another look - it`s NOT where they were done for speeding - it`s where they LIVE - I can`t really see the point of that at all.

It was on the front page of one of the Yorkshire papers, Yorkshire Post maybe? The point was that it was the drivers from the most affluent areas of Leeds which had collected the most fines.

You could say getting caught doing something so easily avoidable isn't being successfull at life. Just sayin..
