Tom Kristensen has called a press conference for tomorrow, Wednesday and the speculation is that he will announce his retirement. For a number of years he has had a one year contract with Audi - so he can quit when he feels like it.


If true that would leave a plum drive for Jenson...

A true legend and a great bloke too ... got the pleasure of seeing him talk to Danish fans a few years back - I didn't understand a word but he was grinning like a loon and they were laughing like crazy.

Pretty much the first thing I saw on arrival at my first Le Mans in 2006 was a Danish car with "Tom K is God" in vinyl down the side in large letters and 4 different languages.

Hard to argue against that sentiment after witnessing him in action!
