If you're going for that much lift on the cam do you reckon you'll have the piston to valve clearance for 1.8 rockers?

Some serious overlap right there. And 695 thou of lift on the intake with the rockers. You sure that leaves piston to valve clearance?

I can only echo the above- a lot of lift and a lot of overlap. Is the lift quoted for that cam for 1.7 or 1.8 ratio rockers?

ETA- what springs are you going to be using?

So I have been told this is the grind spec to suit 1.8 rockers.

Are you going stroker, or is this for your 5.7?
It seems a big cam for that capacity.

As Ben asks, what are you hoping it revs to? Should make good power past 7k?!

just the 5.7 and power should peak at about 6.8k mabe a bit higher.

What heads/intake are you going to be using?
My cam is smaller than yours, and is making peak power at the rev limit of 6.6k- hopefully it can make more power further up the Rev range- the power curve certainly indicates that.
I know I'm running CNC LS3 heads (but a standard LS3 intake), but surely yours should be good for peak power at 7k?

Either way, sounds like an interesting build smile
Look forward to seeing/hearing it thumbup

I have the fast intake with matching TB both 102mm and 243 cnc ported heads still going over cam specs mikeyb1987
