So I've sold my Lamborghini Murcielago and I'm now on the hunt for a gen 2 GT3. My questions is, is now a good time to buy a GT3? The prices seems unrealistically high. Do we think they will fall again in the near future? And finally, if anyone is looking to sell a CS, please let me know as I loathe paying dealer markups. Thanks in advace.

A very nice car but £105k is crazy when you can find these for mid £80k
and yes at 80k it might not have buckets but you are 25k in to buy some ;-)

for my money at £85k that was a good buy, looks like some one else thought the same.

Don't pay over list, at least for a regular GT3...

105k for a GT3 is plain nuts. If there was something around 80k Id have bought it. I fear I may have to wait a year or 2 for this madness to be over!

Nice mileage, spec and colour.......

£105k now is a lot cheaper than the likelihood of c£125k next spring..........

Probably.......991s hovering at £150k for the 'better' ones.....final ones being delivered next month and restricted RS numbers could fuel further rises........

I realise its not normally good advice to advise to spend a bit more on a GT3 RS but in your shoes OP I'd close my eyes and buy the Aqua Blue GT3 RS at JZM. May sound expensive at £165k but you will not lose a penny on it IMO. Its a minter.

Its £60k more than the top 555 car and £70k more than RPMs car. Pocket change to someone coming out of a Murci wink

That blue RS at JZM is my dream car! Absolutely no chance I can afford that. It hurts to even look at it knowing how far out of reach it is, esp as its my perfect colour and spec. The red GT3 at RPM has great spec, but not a colour i'm that keen on, esp as its asking top money. I've been cruising the classifieds and an Aston V12 Vantage might be option. £80k gets a low mileage example. That or stick to a GT3? Decisions!

You have a short memory........Leeds OPC had a red one recently at £148k, sold quickly suggesting achieving close to this figure. Only 1 OPC car currently available at £130k with low spec no lift or leather......a couple of other dearer non franchise cars available but in red.

Yawn. I knew you would bring that single car up to try and prove yet another baseless claim. One single transaction, even if it's real, doesn't make "991s hover around £150k". There are two white OPC cars at £125k and £130k a third (black car)specced up with ceramics and front lift at £144k. Also 3 on pistonheads around £125k to £130k, so where are all the £150k cars?

LOL.....stop derailing the thread......I said hovering around £150k......for the BETTER ones......of which the red Leeds car was. The 63 plate £144k black one at OPC Edinburgh may also qualify although of course it is without the crucial leather........
