Rusty space saver spare wheel?

[Birdster]

I was given this by a breakers yard.

I want to send it back as I don't think it should be used on a car.

Thoughts? I know it's only a temporary wheel, but I stll wouldn't feel safe.

Looks better than the spare underneath my Picasso (but I wouldn't use it, either!)

I don't think you should've paid for that under the proviso of it being serviceable

[Claudia Skies]

Never mind the wheel - what's the date code on that tyre??

[Birdster]

Think I'll just get a new one from Ford. Even on eBay they're old.
