Cd player

i seem to be having more than my fair share of problems with Cd players in my Chimaera, I have just had my second Nakamichi head unit (a single and a 6 in dash) pack up. I am very pleased with the sound quality and the look of the unit (simple design no twatty dolphins or planet display) but am pissed that they don't seem to last.
Can anyone recommend a good head unit of a similar type.

If you want a decent sound top notch player without the bulls*it that seems to come as standard these days try a Becker.. Very good but v expensive as well...

Can recommend on the reasonable price level - Panasonic CQ-C3300N - CD/MP3/WMA Mossfet 4X50w.
The silver colour matches the dials and switches perfectly.

Can't seem to find any info for becker any idea who sell them?
