heads up XKR -Top Gear repeat

Hi all, sorry this is VERY short notice, but anyone here with Sky can watch a repeat of the Jaguar XKR / Bmw 6 series / Porsche 911 test on Pendine sands from the last series of Top Gear TONIGHT AT 11pm on channel 566. (In case you miss it, and sorry if you don't already know the result - THE JAG WINS !!!!!!). Cheers all....hope some of you can watch.

This piece on TG, confirmed my lust for an XKR! Best bit of TG for ages.

On a side note I don't think I want to have the car after all that salt and Jeezer has been unleashed on it. Anyone know where it is?

Hi, me again.....this time I'm giving you all a bit more notice. This Top Gear programme is being repeated (again!!!) on Friday 21st Jan on sky channel 566 (uktv people) at 4pm and again at 7pm. The item about the XKR is approx 40 minutes into the programme and starts with the test of the BMW 6 series, then (in the last repeat anyway) continues after the break with the conclusion of the test. It's a must see for anyone thinking about an XKR (or anyone who'se already got one!). Cheers all, Jon.

Top epi, like you say if you are thinking about buying an XKR, this show will convince you.

This is one of TG's finest moments and that XKR was in the perfect spec and colour combo.

Not too sure I'd want that particular one though.....someone's going to have a very rusty XKR if they're not careful

Hi Triple 7, no, didn't produce the show, but thought I'd try and "educate" as many people as possible - who knows, there may be some BMW or Porsche people just browsing this part of the Forum !!!!!(sorry, couldn't resist!).... 'tis a good show, though, like you said. Cheers, Jon
