Cool story bro etc etc

However I was at the LR off road school a couple of weeks ago in Luton Hoo and they are very capable off road as it happens.

I'll second that. Their off road ability is easily on par with the rest of the RR models.

They just look st though that's the problem

Gosh.

Oh, and I don't know. Who did say Evoques were no good off road? Was it someone who was wrong?

Hmm...is that the flapping of wings I hear?

I know how good the Evoque really is in the slippery stuff. There are lots of examples on the net of them doing pretty much everything their bigger brothers can do.

I was choosing to demonstrate this particular owner's attempt at off roading. Never hurts to re-enforce a stereotype smile

The front wheel drive ones may not be so hot off road, but that said, I dont get the hate for it, ok its a bit of a fashion accessory but at least it is made over here (Yes I know that its owned by Indians), nice for us to be making something the rest of the world wants, reliving the glory days of the Marina and the Allegro biggrin

Do they? They don't seem particularly offensive to me. Quite good looking, for a 4x4.

Bit of a mixed bag, really IMO. They look good from the front, pretty poor from the side and st from the back!

and that's coming from someone who has always been a fan of range rovers smile

TBF I liked them when they first appeared a few years ago, however living in Cheshire they are more common than potholes and I now think they look st.
