Irritating banner

Am I the only one who finds the Kerridges stroboscopic banner irritating?

Recently the priority appears to have increased so it's there more than normal. I just click the refresh button to make it choose another banner. Can't be good for advertising. Yes I know the all publicity, good and bad, is good for business. It isn't encouraging me though, I just associate Kerridges with being irritated.
