I've noticed that more and more petrol garages don't sell oil, i am looking to get oil for diesel S-Class Mobil ESP and for .... My Mk1 MX5

Can anybody recommend online, or is it just a case of waiting for offers at Hafords?

Opie oils have always given a good service to me when I have ordered from them.

For specialist stuff, Opie Oils

For run-of-the-mill stuff, any motor factors. Online options include Euro Car Parts, Car Parts 4 Less, Camberley Auto Factors etc etc.

Brand spanking modern stuff, sometimes worth getting oil from the dealer for warranty purposes.

Costco require membership and aren't convenient for everyone. Plus you end up buying more stuff you don't need... biggrin

Try EuroCarParts for their QX range for the Mazda.

Bought Petronas oil for my BMW from Car Parts 4 Less. It was 17 quid for four litres of fully synth including a filter.

The oil exceeded the approval for my BMW and the bonus of Petronas oil is that Lewis Hamilton now phones me every day to talk about it and ask excitedly if he can drive my 18 year old BMW.

Me too. CBA to root out local motor factors to save £1 when you spend more than that driving there. Opie Oils are usually half the price of Halfords and it arrives in a couple of days.

Opieoils isn't very cheap any more. Eurocarparts and carparts4less have always been comfortably the cheapest I've seen.

Noticed that too, I think it's to make they're discount periods seem more attractive

As an example, I've just gone and bought 8 litres of Castrol Edge and an oil filter for £70 (including delivery) from carparts4less using one of the discount codes.

I'd be £100 for the oil delivered alone from opieoils.
