Does anyone know of a company in the U.K. that could CNC cut some plywood frames, if I gave them a table of offsets?
They are quite small, and I could cut them on a band saw, or route them, but I like perfection, and if it's not too expensive I could have two sets done. wink

Cheers,
Mick.

We have a local guy who does the cutting with a water-jet cutter. It's amazing how accurate it is.

Want a gasket? It's just as quick and cheap for him to scan one and knock out 40 in one go.

Thanks Fish wink Brilliant isn't it! As an aside, I have some race callipers on my Caterham, and as race pads are useless for the road I had to get a larger donor pad with a road compound, then I had those cut to size with a water jet. Such a clean cut!
I hadn't considered it for plywood.

Cheers,
M.

I use Cutting Technologies in Barnsley for cutting space frame chassis jig templates.

Not used them myself but I have had them recommended to me in the past by someone I would trust.

What about Jordan's boats? Aren't they the kit boat leaders?
