Excellent cooking class

I was bought a voucher for L'Atelier des chefs in London and finally got round to using it.
I opted for the pastry class (2hrs). During the class we covered sablee pastry and choux pastry, made a tarte au citron and salted caramel profiteroles.
The chef who took the class was brilliant and pitched his chat to cover the different levels of experience in the class.
It was £72 for the class and they were giving 25% off future classes so I bought another.
An excellent Christmas gift !
