V12VS - cleaning tips for black pipes and wheels?

Picked up the new V12VS and gave it some much needed cleaning TLC after 100 mile cross country run home yesterday.
The satin black wheels certainly need more attention than normal lacquered ones and am not happy with initial efforts. Likewise the "textured" pipes, which look like a pig to keep looking nice.
Any recommendations for tips and/or products that you've found work well appreciated!
