JLR D grade bonus

Hi all,

I have been offered a D grade job at JLR, based at Whitley.

Does anybody know the typical annual bonus for this grade?

Isn't that something which the offer would have detailed ?
Most companies tell you what the bonus opportunity and other benefits are alongside the basic salary offer.

The offer talks about a merit programme (dependant on the financial position of the company) and an Individual Performance Payment plan but does not go into any more detail.

So a 2 stage scheme - Individual performance earns something and so does overall company performance.
If not clear in the offer, it is perfectly reasonable to ask how much/what percentage the potential opportunity is.
You'll get more sense that way than trying to find someone on the internet who works at the same level in the same organisation.

I know people who've missed out on a bonus because they joined an organisation 2 months into the financial year.
You should check that it is paid out pro rata if you are joining partway through a year.
