Singlespeed, steel, discs?

Looking to buy a frameset to keep me entertained over the Xmas period, not after anything too fancy but ideally I'm after steel, single speed and discs.

I've had a quick look out there and it's only really Charge I can see that produce anything similar although they don't see the frameset separately.

Suggestions and gratuitous pictures welcome

ETA it's a road bike, not an MTB I'm after
