Read in the local rag that they are thinking of making all the villages in the South Hams area of Devon a blanket 20 zone.

They believe this will "increase road safety by a considerable amount"... of money!

Cue the busybody brigade with the laser guns standing at the village corner getting all the dangerous "speeders" (except of course for their mate bob down the road
