Boxster 981 DAB Poor Reception

The DAB tuner in my newly purchased 2014 981 Boxster continually looses reception and reports no signal. I mentioned it to the service department who have advised its been checked and its all functioning correctly. I drove the car home and on the 45 minute journey it lost signal over 20 times upto a minute at a time. While my car was in being checked i was loaned another 2014 981 Boxster and on the exact same 45 minute journey on the same day and within the hour it didn't loose reception once, so I'm ruling out any weather conditions!!! Does anybody know how you may be able to check signal strength or the best way to approach the dealer about getting this rectified ?

Thanks for the advice - Any excuse to drive it is a plus for me :-)
