Thinking of upgrading my exhaust. Anyone here got experience of Porscheshop euro gt exhaust? I want a better, nicer noise without resonance at mway speeds.
PCGB forum recommends Carnewal - think I've seen this make before on here? And if so should I go for the reworked exchange boxster item or buy the Cayman R new system modded by Carnewal? And if so, is their claim that it will fit the 3.4s boxster correct?
Advice greatly appreciated - thanks
Paul

I went for the exchange Carnewal GT. Decided to drive to Belgium to get the free installation service.. Hospitality was incredible. Get to chill out in the guest house and was a really good and memorable road trip

Sounds awesome, without any droning or booming.

Hi PeteJ

Also found a thread on here back in March 13 - that exchange 987.2 GT exhaust gets a great report - going for it!

I did the same last Saturday, Gert Carnewal was a great guy fitted the exhaust in 1.5 hours, we'll pleased with it no drone and just the right noise level. He explained to me his exhausts aren't just cut open and the cats cut out and welded back up again. It took months to get the pipe diameters and internals right. Highly recommended.

I've got the Cayman R new system, fitted to my 2009 Cayman S 3.4

I went for this instead of the exchange system so that I could easily put the car back to standard when I sell it.
(I assume I'll get a decent return when I sell the Carnewal Cayman R exhaust second hand)
