Full Movement Method - alternative to physio

Has anyone used the "Full Movement Method" instead of/as well as traditional physiotherapy?

Look up Eric Cressey. He's a coach in America who is known as 'The Shoulder Guy' due to his work with baseball players. He knows more than most about shoulder issues.
