MOT till February. No tax. Needs a balljoint sorting before it can be driven. If I had the spare cash, I'd snap this up.

Yes indeed, I spoke to Tony regarding this car, as one of my lads at work was thinking of taking it on.
Apparently it needs a rear diff refurb, the speedo isn't working, driver's seat bolster needs re building (although all leather and carpet is good) front end is stonechipped and the 2 mirrors have peeling clear coat.
All in all an easy fix and with taking into account the new outriggers and the engine rebuild it's a good deal.

I've also looked at this car at Tony Gilbert's. It did not have the nice green hood and roof as per the pictures - these had been swapped onto another Chimaera he has for sale and replaced with a less than perfect black hood and roof panel. When I listened to the car running, it made an awful noise which sounded, to me, like the water pump bearing, although I can't guarantee that this is the cause of the noise.

I'm not saying whether one should buy or not, I am just advising of what I found when I viewed the car myself.
