valve clearances

What are the valve clearances on the ajp8 4.5 cold

Officially according to the workshop manual 8 thou on inlet and 10 thou on exhaust but many specialists recommend adding a couple of thou to that. On Jools advice I set mine to 10 thou inlet and 12 thou exhaust.
